Evergreen Marine clearly emphasizes that for all the aforementioned special cargo, documentation must be submitted for review before booking.

Time Warning: Please ensure at least 2 business days are reserved for the review process.

Operational Red Line: For urgent shipments, please prepare the documentation in advance. It is strictly prohibited to arrange bookings without prior review to avoid cargo being offloaded due to documentation issues.

To ensure a successful review on the first attempt, please prepare the following four essential documents in advance (file size should be moderate, and photo format must be JPG):

Based on Zhongnan Jinghang International's operational experience, shipowners are extremely strict in reviewing the compliance of MSDS. The following 4 points are major problem areas, please conduct a thorough self-check:

1. Complete Content: The 16 basic contents of the MSDS must be complete and valid, with no omissions.

2. Valid Date: The issue date or revision date of the document must be clear and within its validity period.

3. Contact Information: Manufacturer or supplier information must be complete and must include emergency contact information.

4. Ingredient Transparency: Mixtures must clearly list all ingredients, their corresponding CAS NO (Chemical Abstracts Service Registry Number), and specific proportions.

Audit Number Management: After the shipowner approves, a unique audit number will be issued. Please be sure to record it properly.

Return Order Operation: When booking the same goods again, you must note in the Remark field: Goods have passed audit + Audit Number.

Validity Period: If the validity period is exceeded, even if the goods are exactly the same, a new audit application is required.
